At Dari.Shop, we take pride in the quality of the products our independent sellers offer and we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy.

Returning an Item

Eligibility

Return Period: All items purchased on Dari.Shop must be initiated for return within 30 days of receipt. The date on the delivery record is considered the start of this period. Returns initiated after this period will not be accepted.

Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition that you received them. They must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Please ensure the item has not been used or worn and is without any stains, tears, or any other form of damage.

Original Packaging and Tags: All items must be returned with original packaging and tags intact. The packaging should not be damaged. Please ensure tags have not been removed. For items where the packaging forms part of the product (like boxed items, or goods with retail packaging), damage to or absence of the packaging may make the item ineligible for return.

Documentation: Please include all original documentation, such as receipts or proof of purchase, with the return. Items returned without proper original documentation may be delayed in processing or potentially ineligible for return.

Inspection: All returns will be subject to inspection by Dari.Shop or the independent seller (as applicable) to determine condition of the item. If the item is found not to be in its original condition, or if it is determined that the return does not meet the eligibility conditions, it may be denied or may result in a partial refund only.

This detailed policy is designed to ensure that our independent sellers can re-list returned items for sale, and to provide a fair and consistent return experience for all Dari.Shop customers. If you have any doubts or concerns about your ability to meet these return conditions, we recommend that you contact our customer service team for assistance or clarification before initiating your return.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, and other considerations. Below are categories of non-returnable items:

Undergarments: For reasons of health and hygiene, all sales are final for undergarments. This includes but is not limited to underwear, bras, hosiery, and lingerie. Please double-check your sizing and other considerations before finalizing your purchase.

Swimwear: Due to hygiene and safety concerns, swimwear that has been worn, even if only once, cannot be returned. Swimwear must be returned with the original hygiene liner intact to be considered for a return.

Earrings: For health and safety reasons, earrings for pierced ears are considered final sale and cannot be returned. This policy is standard with most retailers and protects customers from the transmission of ear infections.

Other Hygiene-Sensitive Items: Some items may inherently be non-returnable due to hygiene concerns, even if not specifically mentioned above. This includes, but is not limited to, beauty products, cosmetics, personal care items, and certain health and wellness products.

We strongly encourage you to review the product listing carefully and contact the seller if you have any questions or concerns before making a purchase.

Return Process:

The return process at Dari.Shop has been streamlined to be as simple and efficient as possible. Please follow the steps below to initiate a return:

Log In: Sign into your Dari.Shop account using your registered email address and password.

Navigate to Orders: Once logged in, navigate to the “My Account” dashboard. From there, select the “Orders” section. This will display all your recent orders.

Select Order: Locate and select the order that contains the item(s) you wish to return.

Initiate Return: Initiate the return: In the selected order you will find the option “Create Tiket”. Click on it.

Reason for Return: In the window that opens, specify the reason for return, e.g. “Wrong size”, “Goods not as described”, “Changed my mind”, etc. Some options may require additional information. Please provide as much information as possible to expedite the return process..

Confirm Return Request: Review the information provided and submit your return request.

Return Shipping: Once the seller confirms the return, pack the item securely, making sure it meets the conditions listed under “Right of Return” . Remember to keep a copy of the shipping receipt until the return process is complete as proof of the return shipment.

Return Review: Once the returned item is received by the independent merchant, it will be checked to make sure it meets the return policy. The return will then be processed.

We aim to make the return process as seamless as possible to ensure a positive experience for our customers.

Return Shipping

If the return was not due to a mistake on the part of the seller (for example, the item was defective or did not match the description), the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

Refund Timing: Once the seller receives the returned item and confirms that it meets the terms of the return, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Original Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a Dari.Shop or seller error.

Partial Refunds: In cases where the returned item does not meet the conditions for return (e.g. it has been used, damaged or lacks the original packaging), the seller reserves the right to offer a partial refund. 

Exchanges

Due to the unique nature of items sold by independent sellers on Dari.Shop, we are unable to offer exchanges. We recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.

Disputes

In the event of a dispute, please contact our customer service team who will work with you and the seller to resolve the issue.

International Returns

International return policies may vary. For more information, contact the seller of the product or consult the return policy of the specific seller.
