Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The cancellation period expires after 14 days from the day you physically acquire, or a third party you designate (other than the carrier) physically acquires the last of the goods. You can use the attached form, but it is not a requirement. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send your notification of the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the expiry of this period.

Effects of Withdrawal

In the event of your withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs due to your choice of a method of transport that would not be the least expensive method of transport as standard offered by our company), without unnecessary postponement and no later than 14 days from the day you notified us of your intention to withdraw from this contract. We will refund the amount using the same method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to a different method. However, you will not incur any additional costs as a result of such a refund. You can also electronically fill out and send to your account on our website www.zalando.sk a sample withdrawal form or any other express declaration of intent. When using this option, we will immediately confirm receipt of the notification on a permanent and permanent medium (e.g. by e-mail). Depending on which of the following events occurs first, we can wait with the return of the payment until the delivery of the returned goods, or until you show us the return of the goods.

You will meet the return deadline if you send the goods back before it expires. On the condition that you use the provided documents to return the goods, we will bear the return costs, otherwise you are responsible for the direct costs of the return yourself. You will only be responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods as a result of handling necessary beyond what would be necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts relating to goods concluded in a protective packaging, which is not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, and whose protective packaging was broken after delivery.
